We’re excited to announce a significant change at Gate121 Pty Ltd concerning our software, previously known as Cascom. The name Cascom, originally a working title which stood for Casual Communication, has now been used by us for over thirteen years. As much loved and familiar Cascom is to everyone we have made the decision to rebrand our software to ShiftMatch.

The name change is a result of a rebranding effort designed to mirror the growth of our product and to provide a unified, consistent global brand that illustrates what we do.

ShiftMatch describes exactly what we aim to achieve with our software, matching every vacant shift with the right person, in the right place, quickly and efficiently. This reflected with our new logo incorporating the familiar red, orange and green pills that existing customers are so used to seeing on their roster pages.

Over the past few years, our company has evolved amidst a dynamic, ever-changing industry and through natural organic growth has expanded into new overseas markets. Due to this expansion that we have made the decision to rebrand as the name “Cascom” is previously established in some regions.

Some of the feedback we have received is that we have sold the company or merged with another organisation. We can assure you that we have not and are still the same privately owned Australian company, with the same team, committed to the long-term development of our software, while continuing to embrace a customer-centric approach in our everyday operations.

We would like to thank all of our partners, both customers and suppliers, for their continued business and support. We look forward to continuing to work with you, to help you reach your corporate objectives.
